About the Role

Majhe App is looking for an AI Manager with strong experience in social media, performance marketing, digital marketing, and AI-powered marketing tools. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital strategies that increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

• Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize performance marketing campaigns.

• Manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.

• Use AI tools for content creation, campaign optimization, audience research, analytics, and automation.

• Develop content calendars, campaign concepts, creatives, captions, and marketing copy.

• Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports on key marketing metrics.

• Track leads, conversions, CAC, ROAS, engagement, and overall campaign ROI.

• Identify trends, competitors, and new digital marketing opportunities.

• Work closely with the creative, sales, and operations teams to execute marketing campaigns.

• Implement marketing automation and AI-driven workflows to improve efficiency.

• Continuously test and optimize campaigns, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.

• Stay updated with the latest AI tools, social media trends, advertising platforms, and digital marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, performance marketing, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media platforms, and digital marketing analytics.

• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT and other AI-based content, marketing, and automation tools.

• Good understanding of SEO, SEM, lead generation, content marketing, and conversion optimization.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.

• Experience working with startups, technology companies, mobility platforms, marketplaces, or consumer-facing apps will be an advantage.
